Terrible experience, I’m the new buyer was asked to close early 8-9-24 a Friday. I was lied too, telling me that I would get the keys within. 2-3 hrs… it never happened, all along the title company new that I would get the keys until Monday 8-12-24. I wasted my time, money, and set up fees for all services and movers. I could have been advised to close on a weekday as they take a day to submit for funding. Never close on a Friday, I have bought about 6 different homes and never had this issue, poor service the worst.

The gentleman that assisted us, Ron Coldren, answered all our questions and always checked with my wife and I for understanding. He ensured we were comfortable and at ease with the process. He went above and beyond!! He even provided us with the utilities application and copies we needed to get our services at out new home started. Amazing!!!

This is a very commendable agency, they work hard and of course it's up to each party to do their part as well with phone calls and reminders. Everyone needs to make it happen. Closings are done with the latest security , efficiency and professionalism.
