Santa Monica Apartments

This place have a wonderful, caring and respectful staff. They were very nice and friendly. I was put on a waiting list and my agent kept me updated through out the whole process. I liked, how she was willing to answer all of my questions and took all of my phone calls during business hours. I really appreciate all of her time and effort to have my new apartment ready, for me to move in next month. I can’t wait to be part of this community! I totally recommend this place.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! This place is so great,move in process was a breeze! They care about you here and I knew that from the first phone call I had with the managers(who work at Santa Monica Apartments) who were helping out due to the influx of leases being signed here. Beautiful units and great amenities. Above all else the location is so convenient! Also addressing an issue I know some people are concerned about the noise coming in from the street DON'T BE. The windows are triple protected and storm proof so everything is quiet and peaceful. Our unit is located on Dale Crest Dr and it's nice and peaceful. Thank you so much for helping us move in! Rude. I just called to check for any availability for these apartments, but the woman who answered sounded like she been ran thru all day; my condolences. Now, if I can please get some courtesy the next time I call that would be wonderful. Thanks

At first it was good, the rent was cheaper back then in 2001, 21 years later 2022 the rent went to high $1600, the apartment was falling apart really bad, the foundation, water leak, you'll see rats, we would put a request on the year or every year for maintenance and they did nothing, they did not care about us, they only care about money, especially for my parents that lived there longer, thank fully my parents moved out from apt 1021, and got a house don't have to worried about parking or paying extra for reservation parking which is $50 to $75, but be my guest to move there and hopefully they treat you all better. Hopefully.

They never pick up the phone been calling for months & never pick up the phone & when I go they always say they never have no apartment available for move in they where gonna put me on a waiting list I can't believe not one person has moved out. 🤦🏻‍♀️
