This property is “supposed to be Smoke & Drug Free. The Property staff doesn’t enforce the rules. If you smoke, don’t worry, you won’t get in trouble because they don’t seem to care. They send out reminder notices, but the smoking tenants also don’t seem to care. When second hand smoke gets into the non smokers apartment, one has to prove it. Even with video evidence, they still don’t believe you. Property says call the police. Police says it is NOT there job to enforce the land lord tenant rights act. The Right to live in peace and the right to breathe. If you document everything and complain because it’s their job, they call the property attorney and claim harassment when it’s their job. My family and I have lived here 6 years. Witnessed management change from Dunlap and McGee to Cam Properties. Lived through our ac going out in the middle of summer, TWICE! And even had to go through a bed bug treatment 4 years ago because of one of our neighbors let their infestation run wild. Needles to say, there have been some ups and downs over the years! This last Aug, however. I lost my job of 6 years. It was an extremely hard time. Not only for myself but my family as well. After getting the help that I desperately needed I literally just finished paying the final amount of my rent that was due plus an extra month! The ladies could have evicted us at anytime!!! They were under no obligation to help me out!!! I guarantee if we had lived anywhere else, we'd be out on the streets! If

Unprofessional office staff. Matanience issues that never get done. Kitchen floor coming up and I tripped over it and now I have a torn rotator cuff. Plumbing issues and black mold. Constant harrassment from the druggies. I have to fill out the paperwork Community legal services sent and take them to court.

Sad to see nothing has changed on these apartments. I lived in Santa Fe springs in the early 2000’s and was hooked up with the apartment thru UTI who obviously didn’t care about their students safety. The first month I didn’t have a lock on my front door so I withheld rent. Apparently you can’t do that in AZ... never got a lock on my front door. Same month I watched a guy chase another guy thru the tennis courts and the guy chasing actually executed the man he was running after right on the back of the head in broad daylight.... Took the police a hour to show up and hours before they decided to move the body and the police showed up not even checking to see if medical assistance was needed guy was just dead they guessed... had a person come to my apartment and attack me in my own home. Thru out the month water is shut off. I've had to go 3 months without any hot water. Some apts here have had issues with bed bugs and mildew. Current blinds are old and broke told staff since the 1st day I moved in but still nothing has changed. Most of the staff has been pleasant to deal with but not all. I've been misinformed more times than i count lol. Why am i still here because as a child I've been moved around a lot. So simply put I dislike moving. ****Update June 13, 2022**** The new management team here are doing a great job I have hot water now. Still need some work done in my apartment that was never done from previous management but all in all I'm happier here. Thanks Joanne and Jesus.
