Beautiful. Neighbors know each other by name without being intrusive. You can take a mile loop around property and see gorgeous flowers and birds while walking your pet. Lots of fun social activities. Many enjoy tennis or the gym. Location is unbeatable. Tight knit community where neighbors help neighbors.

A great single family community - Gated with a prestigious entry and magnificent club house. Location is key here - close the best schools, easy access to I95 and turnpike. And the best shopping can be found at Towncenter Mall, a five minute walk. Very nice - Country Club feel w/o the fee's!

They're super controlling on every single thing that goes on in the neighborhood. You can't park on a certain side of the street, and it changes very month. Also, hide your pickup trucks as they aren't allowed on the driveways at night! The HOA needs some serious reworking, it seems as though they make these rules just to bother people and make our lives difficult. Maybe in the future, make more sensible rules! Kids can't even be kids due to the strict rules!

Amazing community, almost like the best in Boca. Everybody in this community are like family to each other. Very clean and comfortable clubhouse as well. Better than La Costa for sure!

Santa Barbara is where everyone wants live! EXCELLENT location, beautiful homes, luscious landscaping and the clubhouse is enormous and elegant. No motorcycles allowed. I'm glad to help you buy or sell in this community.
