Sangre De Cristo Apartments

This place is amazing i absolutely love not being notified of construction thats taking place whatsoever even when its happening in my own apartment, having random men enter my house by force while im sleeping is amazing, thank you management (For being so useless). Also another thing i love is getting off of work and having to call 911 for someone thats over dosing right when i get home (this is a weekly occurance and happens directly infront of the main gate). All together this place should be very proud of itself for being so horribly managed and being able to consistently direspect its tennants privacy and rights

The management here is comepletely disrespectful and distuging if there reading this you people should be ashamed with how your running this community you dont leave notices and theres constantly people who are obviously on some kind of drug always wandering the grounds or even sleeping next to the trash cans on top of that ive seen atleast 3 people overdose near my apartment. Management has done nothing to fix these issues they simply ignore it

Clean quiet cheap rent if you qualify and wonderful protection and safety. my family and I qualified for a 2 bedroom. we are 22 and 23 yrs old and we have a3 yr old daughter. were so very happy here it's the best to help us become independent families. thank you sangre. you guys are blessed for your help!!! We love our little home!!

This company is absolutely ridiculous . They do not follow their own policies. They think because you are in low income you will not pay your bills or balances. Was sent to collections before the 30 days timeframe. The balance was paid to the company well within the time limit that the company gave. So discussed. Will be contacting the BBB.....
