A great "one stop shop" experience. My husband and I purchased a home in SW Florida with the help of Matt and Cami after Sands Real Estate was recommended to us. My friends and I had an amazing time at the Seascape Retreat in Cape Coral! It was the perfect, relaxing girls weekend getaway - a comfortable home with all of the amenities. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were cozy and it had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the beach, cute shops and fabulous restaurants. Highlights of our trip included hanging out at the pool, brunch at Point 57, a day at Lovers Key beach and sunset dining at The Mucky Duck on Captiva Island. Matt and Cami with Sands Property Management were fantastic! They checked in with us often and took care of everything. I will definitely recommend the Seascape Retreat to my family and friends!

A few friends stayed at Sea Breeze in Naples as it was close to our golf outing. The home was updated and very clean. Sands RE and Property Management was exceptionally communicative when needed. Check in was easy. We will do business with them in the future!

We loved our stay! Matthew is proactive and quick to communicate which is always appreciated. The home was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for! We loved taking a blanket out and watching TV by the pool at night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Highly recommend visiting Salty Papa's and Doc Ford's for dinner! Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
