Sandpiper Place Apartments

Blanca, the new PM was very rude when I came into the office the other day about my work orders, we had one incident when I didn’t agree with how she handled my complaint now after that all my emails go unnoticed even my voicemails! Only time she was nice to me is when she first came here and kept asking me to leave a good review for her on the website! At this point I’m just ready for my lease to be over!!!! NOTHING HERE GETS RESOLVED. Love my apartment. Don’t like their choice of management they bring here

I just moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Blanca, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Moving can be so stressful but Blanca made everything feel smooth and manageable and I am so thankful for her!! She took the time to answer all my questions, followed up when I needed help, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. Thanks to her, I felt confident in my decision to move here—and now that I’m all settled in, I can say it was definitely the right choice. I just wanna say I’ve been living here for about 2 years and Blanca is by far the BEST management we’ve had since I’ve been here very on top of all work orders extremely polite and always gets the job done. Keep up the great work

This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The manager named Jennifer is extremely rude, condescending, and comes off as very racist and I’m not the only one who feels this way. Even maintenance staff have confirmed it to me, and most of them end up quitting within months of starting. Funny enough, the only people you ever see her having friendly conversations with are the handful of residents who are also racist. She carries herself like she’s superior to the residents and makes the entire environment toxic. It got to the point where it was seriously affecting my mental health, and I had no choice but to move out. The apartments themselves aren’t great either. The walls are paper thin I could hear full-blown arguments from my neighbors like they were happening in my own livin
