Sandpiper At Lincoln City Apartments

Place was recently bought out. Including Terrace Garden where I live. Not only are they increasing rent, they took 5 weeks to fix a minor electrical issue in my apartment. Had extension cords running from kitchen to two rooms for weeks. I’ve also never missed a rent payment for 1.5 years until 1 time my check was RTS because the mail lady sucks. I was working abroad at the time and they threatened to evict after 1 missed rent. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Used to be great. Now it sucks.

Rent was 525 now it's 1300 to 1400 nothing has changed its falling apart inside and out. All of the photos are of a completely different part of town in a secluded HOA community and are homes not apts.

Very nice apartments, the manager and the maintenance guys are super friendly.
