Lakepointe Apartments

Simply put: Lakepointe Apartments is an excellent place to live. Quiet, well maintained, and managed with care. I was consistently impressed by the complex, including the location, the proximity to the lake, and helpful and attentive staff. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and though in some ways it was a bit out of date, they replaced all my kitchen appliances with new models about half way through my residency. A very pleasant surprise. They were also quick to fix any issues I raised. Most of my neighbors were quiet and polite. The grounds were well maintained, trash always picked up on time; it was kept clean. And though the price has gone up since I moved in, it’s still very reasonably priced given the competition. All around, fantastic environment. I’m not exaggerating

The staff always goes above and beyond to help make sure my mom gets any help she needs and answers questions we may have. Kyle is a stand out employee and is always kind, thoughtful and thorough with repairs and maintenance. Gary is also very helpful with any issues. Great safe place to live.

Gary at Lakepointe is the number one reason to live there! I lived at Lakepointe for 4 years and it was the best apartment living experience I've ever had. Gary is super helpful on anything that needs to be done. He's trust worthy and just an all around good guy. The apartments are great too. Good location and I felt completely safe living there. If I needed anything fixed it was done right away. Very clean complex and so many wonderful neighbors. Thank you a million times for all that you did for me!

This is the best place I've ever lived. When I need something done I just fill out the form for what I need and it gets done quickly. I've lived here for 14+ years. Gary is the best manager. He's always pleasant and understanding. It's pretty quiet also ,which is a plus. My neighbors are friendly. The grounds are well kept. I just love, love living here.

For the price, I think it is a great place to live in Lincoln City. The neighborhood that it’s in has a mix of houses and trailer/mobile homes, but it’s still a neighborhood I was comfortable walking my dog in. Several neighbors pampered my pup with treats when we walked by and everyone is for the most part very friendly. I lived there for 3.5 years and throughout that time they changed management multiple times, but I’ve never had a problem with that. Grounds are fairly well maintained, many of the apartments have a nice view. My apartment faced the nature preserve behind the complex, so there were lots of trees and birds to watch.
