Sandia Vista Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was there for 3 years, ever since new management came in they treated me disrespectful, they hardly helped with anything and all they wanted to do was argue and get frustrated. Someone else with kindness for the community should be behind the desk, not people who think they are better than the tenants

Worst apartment you could ever move into!! These apt are bed bug and cockroach infested threw away furniture twice. Management is awful, manger lost all paperwork and recipes of payments they’re a fraud! Bathroom that was said needed to be remodeled never did has mold everywhere. Washers said we’re to be installed over 3 years ago. Homeless all around the apt and people that sell and do drugs will go up to your door. Neighbors will have dog poop all over their balconies. Opening windows will make your apartment stink. Heroin needles all over the grass and stairs NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN! Front desk lady is so rude they will say theyll call back but never do. Staff is overall rude and not helpful. If I could rate no stars I would

Visiting a friend. Known many who are low income that have lived there in the past and heard negative things about management, maintenance men, and theft by vagrants in the area, and cockroaches. Typical complaints herd about lower income housing anywhere.

I actually live next door to this location. This whole area was nice when I first moved out here, but has slowly been decaying. There has been a lot of crime evident in the area in the past couple of years. Cars are being broken into. Even the children around here are a little bit rougher than the children that used to live here when I first moved into the area. A lot of the guys walking around here are obviously in and out of jail pretty regularly, it is evident and how they carry themselves as well as their disposition. When I walk around out here I have learned to just stay to myself for the most part. I am getting ready to move out of the area soon. If you have a nice vehicle do not park it in this area, or if you do make sure it is parked in a well-lit area. Like I said, a lot of crim

Lived at Sandia Vista Apartments for about a decade. I always enjoyed living at this apartment community. It is a family friendly community. Recent management has made many improvements to the community. It is a nice location to live, I always enjoyed the mountain view and the little bit of extra NM snow we would get. The apartment I lived in was roomy and the floor plans are a good layout. I liked that they had carpet in the living room as well as the BD rooms. The family and I lived at Sandia Vista for a long time and there are many good memories we have taken with us.
