This company has a record of over promising on affordable housing for initial approval and then modifying it later. This sounds like an incredibly shady company. Their business model seems to involve bait-and-switch tactics, promising to develop affordable housing and then weaseling their way out.
Good customer service and I'm glad they're building more housing in the Bay Area for different income levels. About time
Terrible company. Actively working over the holidays to make woodland park living conditions and communities worse.
