Management is kind and quick with maintenance requests. Since they came in, they have made many investments in the property. Happy to be renting here.

I absolutely love my unit and the new management team is a welcome change. They are on top of things and answer the phone! Very happy tenant.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. It was my first apartment post-graduation, and it has been a remarkable place to stay! Maintenance responds almost instantly, the appliances are modern, the internet is always very fast. It is easy to get in and out of, which is a big plus in the city. While it may not have the most amenities, the tenants really care for the place and the people in it!

Let me preface that I HAVE NOT MOVED INTO THE PROPERTIES YET, but the property management company is amazing and they're extremely helpful. They are honest and make reasonable accommodations! I've been apartment hunting in STL for 3 months and so many rental agencies are horrible at communication, but Oliver Property Management has been great.

Highly recommend staying at Sanctuary lofts. The units are lovely and unique and the new management is great! They’re always on top of maintenance and very helpful!
