Sanctuary by the Sea

The best place ever. I did not want to leave. If your looking for luxury and still within a far price; this is the place for you. The pools are beautiful, with complimentary beach chairs and i'm Umbrellas set up for you every day. Restaurants and gift shops are all around, as well as activities for the whole family. I can't say enough about this place. Oh I must add... the decor is absolutely amazing. Great attention to detail and well maintain.

A few friends and I all work remotely so we wanted to find a place that was close to the beach and had a pool, good space for remote working, close to enough attractions but not crowded and with a nice beach. I cannot say more positive things about this experience. It’s very quiet, family friendly, and very minimal noise. Cannot wait to come back.

Gorgeous property! Our kids loved the pool and we all loved how laid back our time there was. The rooms were perfect for us, the kitchen was amazing and the roof top patio was also a great bonus!

To whom it may concern, Our family rented unit 3114 at Sanctuary By the Sea for the week of July 11-18. I have called the Vacasa office twice and asked to speak with a manager, but was told that a manager would return my call and that I should send an email to the provided email address. We have been to Sanctuary By the Sea 3 times, and absolutely love the property. We have also rented in Santa Rosa at this price point 6 times. This was our first visit to unit 3114 and our first experience with Vacasa - and I have never filed a complaint, until now. On Thursday our air conditioner went out. We called the office and we were told that a technician would come to fix it. The technician did come and told us that the part needed to fix the fan would not arrive for several days. He belie
