Since moving into this condo complex in January 2025, we have been profoundly disappointed with our living conditions. Despite the convenient location and the benefits of a strong local school system, as well as good sound insulation in the building, our overall experience has been quite underwhelming. - Maintenance requests are routinely marked as "completed" when the work hasn’t been performed. There are instances where maintenance personnel do not show up and there is no notification or rescheduling via the building’s app. - Hallways are persistently dirty and poorly maintained, with carts and trash left unattended. - The leasing office is frequently closed because of persistent understaffing, which makes communication difficult and proper maintenance of the premises a significant chal

I moved at the end of August from Bloomington, Indiana and I must say that after traveling the world, mainly in Europe and all over the U.S., Sanctuary is the best place I ever lived in my life. Really. Even remodeled houses (one in Houston, 2 large houses in Bloomington and a condo at lake Monroe) did not feel so inviting; I love my new home! Justice, Ronaldo, and Connor make a great team - they take good care of this place, making it a true sanctuary. Special thanks to Ron for making the move-in process so easy, quick and flawless. We are current residents at 3 Wainwright Road and feel obligated to share our experience to help future renters make an informed decision. While this building is marketed as a luxury residence, our experience has been far from it. Over the past several months, we’ve dealt with serious issues including mold, rodent activity, broken garage doors, persistent trash overflow, unsafe hallway conditions, and water leaks. Many of these issues remain unresolved despite repeated requests. One especially unpleasant and ongoing problem is the constant smell of trash in the hallways, which contributes to the overall sense of neglect and poor hygiene in the building. I just moved in this summer. I had an issue with the light switch so l called the front office for help. Tanya was very helpful and helped with the arrangement with the maintenance people. Paul and Mike came in time, they not only solved the switch problem, they also fixed the door and smoke sensor! Everything was settled nicely and smoothly! Very good experience living in this apartment so far!

The entire team at the sanctuary has been incredible! We worked closely with Justyce during our tour and leading up to our move in. She was absolutely incredible helping us sort through everything we needed to move in! Conor was here the day we moved in and he’s been super helpful in getting us settled! The leasing office is so helpful and friendly and the property is gorgeous!
