Sanctuary Apartments

I would choose to live here over ANY other property time and time again, I lived in Sanctuary when I was in high school 13 years ago and it was always such a nice and quiet property then so it was a no brainer when I was searching for properties to move to. The staff is always helpful and prompt whenever you need them, so is maintenance! The community has always been well kept and neighbors are always respectful and friendly. Keep up the great work, I am so grateful to be apart of the Sanctuary community! 💕

As a new tenant I am very pleased with my experience with Sanctuary apartments. First off I love the area it’s really homey and so cozy I love I am so close to everything. Second Reece my leasing agent was so helpful and so kind when it came to me making a decision. He answered all my questions every time I emailed him and it was a lot during the beginning stages lol. Very personal and intentional so I knew this was the place for me. Lastly I been in my apartment for about 2 weeks and I can say the maintenance team is phenomenal I have put in two requests and they have been dealt with in a timely manner. I am very happy here and hope to stay in future. Good job guys. If you are looking tor a safe environment and great living experience I definitely recommend the SANCTUARY APARTMENTS !!!

My experience has not been bad. Overall, it is a very decent place to live. My main gripes have been the fact that it was so filthy when I moved in that I had an allergic reaction to the mold and dust in the carpet/on the windows/on the vents. There was a raisin painted into the stair rail and hair painted into the floor boards (not a big issue--I just pulled it away, but it's a testament to the fact that they really just threw some paint on the walls and listed it for rent). All doorknobs and light fixtures were sticky. There was black buildup in the refrigerator. I discovered biofilm in the mesh of my upstairs faucet--pieces of it fell out on my toothbrush one day, so I took a look. :c. You have found the gem of Augusta. This is a safe community with extremely reasonable rates considering the amount of space you get along with assigned parking. I walk my dog every night and don't feel paranoid at all. I have lived in this community for two years now, first in the Paul and then in the Duvall. Location is amazing as it is near the movie theater, Kroger, and Bobby Jones expressway. Staff are super helpful and responsive with any maintenance requests. Pests are rarely a problem as the staff have each apartment sprayed regularly.

I moved in a few months ago and I LOVE it here! Maintenance is so kind and quick to respond and overall it’s just so peaceful! I highly recommend these apartments!
