San Sonoma

My experience like many others at San Sonoma has been sub par. From an apartment that was not move in ready all the way now to being completely infested with mosquitoes on part due to a lack of proper pest management. Many times I have been told the quality and standards would be maintained even with the property management team working remote and that is not the case. This place is completely different than when my partner first loved here compared to now. We've even been told by corporate that management still walks to property to inspect quality which the management office themselves has openly stated they do not and that's what maintenance is supposedly for. Maintenance has enough issues I promise you they do not have the time for that and they are the only redeeming quality of this p

Triana was the best! She walked us through every step .It was an enjoyable process unlike the previous place I tried to go called San Marino. Thank you Triana.

This complex has serious pest problem that management seems unwilling or unable to fix. From day one, I noticed cockroaches and Mosquito's , and despite multiple complaints, the issue persists. The maintenance team is slow to respond, and even when they do, the treatments are ineffective or they just close the request out. Living here has been stressful and unhealthy. I expected better for the price I’m paying. Avoid this complex if you value cleanliness, peace of mind, and a pest-free home. Find another complex.. The 2 month free is their for a reason!!

Lived here from 2023 to 2025. Pros: Location is great - close to the freeway and shops Absolutely loved the layout. Lots of storage with extra cabinets in the hallway. Mostly quiet. There was a family with kids that would cause havoc (multiple posts in Henri). They were extremely loud even into the night. Pool and gym were always well maintained Maintenace personnel was friendly Community felt safe. Never really heard my upstairs neighbors. Parking was never an issue. Cons: They stopped on-site management while I lived there. You could tell a difference once they did that with regards to communication. For example, I sent them my renter’s insurance and even got a reply back. But weeks later, I received a message saying a fee would be added because they supposedly didn’t have it.

Living at this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right by the I-10 and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment options for everyone, whether you’re solo, coupled up, or have a family. The amenities truly elevate the lifestyle here: a gorgeous pool, relaxing hot tub, well-equipped mini health club, beautifully landscaped grounds with BBQ areas, and even a dog park. We also love that there are rental units available for guests. The maintenance team is always friendly and responsive, and although the management team is clearly busy, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond for my family. We genuinely feel cared for here.
