San Portella

Property was very beautiful and absolutely well kept! Shout out to maintenance! Does a very good job keeping the property clean and running. Also shout out to Katie and Dezi the office ladies! You guys are so wonderful to talk to and so sweet! Thank you for the wonderful interaction!

San Portella is a great community to live in and centrally located within the valley which makes it ideal to live and commute from. The leasing office to include the assistant manager currently make it a welcoming and warming place to reside at. The only downfall I would say is the timeliness of maintenance issues inside the apartment or the property itself as a whole. If it wasn’t for the level of resident (customer) care from the front office staff, which again the current assistant manager, I wouldn’t be near as satisfied. Which brings up a point, the turnover rate for staff is a little unnerving, if I were to provide any recommendations is to hire more maintenance crew. Also the pool is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🤙🏽

We moved in about 5months ago and we enjoy how clean the grounds are all the time as well as how prompt the maintenance team has been. The girls in the office Tania and Nicole have been the best part. They are super friendly and always say hi with a smile when we come in. I always read the reviews when moving to new home and we have to remember when reading them we only see one side online. So I hope this review helps the next person looking to move in. This community is great.

I’ve lived here for a little over four months, and the staff have been absolutely amazing and very friendly. Nicole and Tania are incredibly kind and always quick to help. The maintenance team is also extremely friendly and responds to work orders promptly!

Living experience wasn't bad except for landscaping starting every morning at 5am. The staff is nice when you move in but if you do not renew your lease, then they will completely switch up and come after you
