San Palmilla

Jose did a great job replacing my dishwasher! He showed up on time, got everything installed smoothly, and made sure it was running perfectly before he left. He was very forthcoming and kind throughout the whole process. Thanks for all your help!

The apartment complex is fantastic 🤩 The grounds are well maintained and wonderful to walk around. Allie and all the leasing agents were fantastic during the application process. Jose and Tim were both really great with maintenance requests. They were responsive and are really good people for the San Palmilla to have on their team.

I wanted to share my gratitude for Jose from the maintenance team. He was incredibly kind and professional while replacing my stove today. He handled everything with a smile and even made sure the logistics worked out so I wasn't left without a stove overnight. We are lucky to have him here at San Palmilla!

I've lived here for a year now, and It was one of the best decisions I could have made. The ammenities are great, the maintenance crew is very responsive, I feel very safe, and the location is amazing. Unlike many other apartment complexes, the google rating here is from actual residents rather than a bunch of inflated 5 star reviews from people that merely toured a facility.

JOSE in maintenance is always knowledgeable and very kind. He gets the job done very quick and is always very polite! Thankyou for being such a exemplary person in the san palmilla team! They should be very grateful to have such a person like you. He should have already been promoted!
