I’ve lived here three years and love it. Apartments are spacious with high end appliances counters and flooring. The staff is professional and welcoming. The complex is well maintained. I’ve never seen a bug and landscaping is beautiful. Special thanks to Debbie, Marcela, and Sandra for keeping our community amazing. This complex is the best !

I lived here some years ago and loved it. Beautifully landscaped and maintained, clean and quiet. Gated access with an amazing pool. High ceilings, a large veranda, sliding glass in the living room and the bedroom, washer and dryer and a nice kitchen. There was a large hot tub right down the stairs. Concrete floors made for good neighbors.

San Marino Apartments has been a great place to live for the 3 years I’ve been here. It’s located in a nice area close to my work and away from the busy traffic. If I were to compare it to my first apartment, Ten01, it has been much better here in every way. If you pay attention to the announcements that are posted every month, there are many neat and recurring events hosted by the wonderful Jake and Anna. I want to thank them for all the joy they’ve brought me and all their guests. I would give San Marino Apartments a rating of 6 stars but I can’t so 5 stars will have to do.

Wanted to say thank you to Marcela, Debra, and Sandra! They were very helpful during the application process. They responded quickly to every question we had and made the process as smooth as possible for us. We love the property and our new home.
