San Marcos Apartments

I would like to file a serious complaint regarding the lack of security in this condominium. Last week, the catalytic converter of my car was stolen inside the condominium area, which already shows a serious failure in security. Now, to make matters worse, there is an individual who appears to be homeless or under the influence sleeping on the staircase that gives direct access to my apartment. Today, around 4 a.m., my wife was leaving home and was extremely frightened when she encountered this person, which caused fear and a real sense of insecurity. We pay rent/HOA fees expecting a safe environment, especially during the early morning hours. The current situation is unacceptable and puts residents at risk. I moved in at San Marcos back in October and at that time the office was closed it was so hard to get contact with ANOYONE, the office opened up in December and ever since then you can see that the current office staff Brandy Brandon and Chris are really HERE TO HELP. They are not rude like the last staff was. Each time I had a maintenance problem they came really quick. They have always been friendly when you see them around the property and Chanel is always keeping the building clean. I am HAPPY the team is here now, I was second guessing moving here and looking into breaking my lease at first but if they keep up the good work I will stay here for a long time. Thank you

It's been a pleasure being here at San Marcos! I can't express enough how great the staff is. Stephanie and Morgan are always helpful, and super professional. Clean grounds, friendly maintenance, and parking is way better than it used to be. The maintenance team is great too. Chanel, Jose, Octavio and Philip are always on top of things. Great job to the team at San Marcos - highly recommend!

I love my beautiful new apartment! None of this would have been possible without Arianna's help. She literally went above and beyond to assist me with getting the apartment I wanted in the time I needed. I was initially moving into one apartment and could not pay the entire deposit by the day it would be ready. She offered every suggestion possible and we worked it out. I ended up getting a bigger and better apartment than the one I was originally moving into. I could not be happier! Highly recommend San Marcos

It's really sad I have to come and go from my home and have to see this disgusting filthiness, I'm embarrassed to have company. You all change us for everything, at least it should be clean sanitary around our living area's. I spoke to several of your employees and tenants and everyone is disgusted with how you all who runs/work for this community San Marcos apartments. Treat people how you want to be treated, because none of you will live this way. Lisa,
