San Marbeya

I recently had a great experience at San Marbeya Apartment Complex, and a big reason why was because of Erin, one of the leasing consultants there. From the start, she was super helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the leasing process. Erin really went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment. She was patient, honest, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free because she explained each step clearly and stayed in touch the entire time!

Chad and Erin were so sweet and very informative. I had such a great interaction with the two of them. They definitely do a great job and definitely deserve a raise!! Thank you so much!!!

Have lived here just over 6 months and we love it. The complex is super well maintained. The office staff is friendly and the new manager is very hands on. They have food trucks, yoga and social events all the time(dog social pictured). They have a virtual community board where residents can message the complex. They also have the largest dog park I’ve ever seen! Maintenance is super timely and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is my third year living at San Marbeya. First two years were great, probably for a 5-star review. Chad and Jessica have been amazing. Sadly, it is hard to communicate directly with them now since they are not longer on-site. It seems like there was a big change in management this year and things have been only getting worse. The only luxury part of it, is the price. There are some of the advertised things that you won't actually get: 1. GATES AND SECURITY: This is supposed to be a gated community, it is easier to count the days that the gates are working vs the days that they are not working. Security is a big concern for the residents. There is supposed to be security after offices hours, it doesn't look like they do a good job. Multiple car break in and bikes stolen in the last

They claim to be a luxury "gated" community with security patrol overnight. Gates never work. After 3 years living here, I barely have seen the gates work. The security patrol is not worth it, and it is only until 3 am. So, no security at all from 3 am with gates fully opened, I would count that as gated community. Also, FYI, the staff is now centralized for all Mark and Taylor complexes. It is really hard to communicate with the staff now. Waiting for my lease to end, to move out of here :)
