San Joaquin Vista Apartments

Worst apartments in firebaugh. Lived here until we were finally able to leave and now I can see how horrible they are. Never fix anything, apartments are outdated, mold, the family who manages the complex are rude and strict about everything, but the rules don't apply to them. They have continued to raise the rent yet don't renovate the units! What you pay for isn't worth it. It's Absurd. For the amount you pay you're better off moving to the apartments in town. I don't regret leaving. People who lived here for years also moved with me to the new apartments now it's nearly empty.

The property manager Josie is always attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make her tenants happy. She is always in the office when I needed her which I’ve been places they’re never in their office so this is much appreciated. I would definitely rent an apartment here again. It’s well maintained for being such an old complex.

Very poor management ( as well as the assistant manager) unprofessional Conduct rude, unethical, disrespectful and uneducated. She was offended because I told her to be careful with her child running into the parking road. Claimed the complex was her property and yelled for me to leave after driving 45 miles away I was harassed ( by taking pic of my license plate and that my car would be towed. As I was walking to my patients home I was being followed and was told that who ever I visit was going to get a ride up...Very sad they will have this type of management in Firebaugh Ca .. I wouldn’t give 1 ⭐️

I have several family members living here. I enjoy my visits and have spent so much time in the recreation room for birthday parties and baby showers over the years. I have always had friendly interactions with management.

Very kind and courteous management staff. The parking lot and public areas are made safe for children with the strict speed limits. It is a quiet, well-maintained place to raise a family.
