I will start by saying the layout open and nice. No different from the rest of the appt I’ve seen in past years. For the area, these apartments are way over priced. Rent is roughly $2300-$2400 for 3 bedrooms. Utilities are paid separate and not included like most apartments. There’s not much of an incentive to renew a lease at places like this. I asked about rent raises after the lease is up and They stated when moved in that rent wouldn’t be raised after my lease was up. THEY DID RAISE THE RENT. It’s a quiet little neighborhood which is the upside. My only complaint is the pricing. It’s way over priced for a small farming community. You need to roughly make $6900 a month to live here to be considered. My recommendation for this place would be to look somewhere else. With today’s economy i
I had the opportunity to see the units inside. They are BEAUTIFUL!! I love the open floor plans, the bedroom suite has a huge walk in closet and amazing bathroom in it, I can't wait to move in!
