San Isidro Apartments

Lived in this community for 6+ years. Was a beautiful and safe community when my fiancée and I moved in. As time progressed management changed and as management changed so did the community. The final 2 years of our residency here was absolutely horrible. Starting from 3 years in all the hallway lights were burnt out and management wouldn’t fix them. Took me over a year of dealing with corporate to get them fixed. Year 4 the last management we had to deal with took over. She by far was the worst. The gates were always broken for weeks, cars rims were stolen and left on blocks, windows and roofs of vehicles were demolished with huge rocks, drug paraphernalia (gallon size bag) was given to management and nothing was done. Living at San Isidro Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and located in a very convenient area. One of the best parts of living here is the pool during the summer. It is always clean, well cared for, and it becomes the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm days. It’s great for families and a really nice space to unwind after a long day. I also want to highlight the excellent service from the management and maintenance team. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever help is needed. It really makes a difference to live in a place where the staff cares about the residents and keeps the property in great condition.

I have lived in this complex for going on 10 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive! The apartments are beautiful, and are always being upgraded with new appliances, lighting fixtures, etc.. They let us paint our own walls as long as you paint them back to the original color before moving out, and the overall atmosphere around the complex is quiet, calm, and peaceful. They just added EV charging stations also!! The ladies in the office, and the maintenance staff are super friendly, and professional! Work orders get done right away, neighbors are friendly, and the community is gated with surveillance cameras around the property for added security! You will not regret getting an apartment here trust me! I wont be moving from here until I buy a home!

Leslie has been amazing! She went above and beyond when I came in to tour a 2 bedroom and all of my questions/concerns were answered. I felt like my needs were made priority throughout the process. They have stainless steel washer and dryers included in the apartment which were beautiful. It’s also very spacious. I will definitely recommend this place to family/friends!

My wife and I lived at San Isidro for three years and had a very positive experience. The building, G, we were in backed up to the park so it was nice having that view. Whenever we had a maintenance issue we logged it on the online portal and it was resolved quickly. The office staff is kind and responsive. The location is very convenient for shopping and groceries. I would definitely recommend living there.
