San Giovanni Apartments

The receptionist lied to me stating we had been approved for the apartment whole time she had no clue onto whether we had it or not didn't even call me to let me know we had been denied had to do a walk in and find out it had been a lie the whole time. I'm upset because we have to move by October 1st we have nowhere to go because of her false information.

This is a great place to call home. School is walking distance and many shopping centers around the area. The property is well kept. The manager does a great job with the property and staff. The ladies are very nice in the office. Great job! Keep up the great work! Under new management!

A good place to live!! They're spacious, and they also offer rent assistance for low-income people. I also like that there are schools across the street, shops, tire stores, and a mall all within our reach. 👍👍👍👍👍

I have lived here since 2018 and things have changed for the better since the new management took over the property in 2022. The leasing office staff cares about the property and the tenants. They are always willing to help and do whatever it takes to help us. Thank you.

I lived here since 2022 so let me give you my honest review of this Apt Complex. All Apt Complexs will have issues at some point and time. To me it's once management is informed about it and what they do next to resolve it. And here at San Giovanni apts. They are four Stars in solving a tenant problems. We are living in some very tough times people everyone of us know can't please everyone!
