My experience has been great thus far! Tabitha was great; it was a bit difficult to get in contact with her at first, but she quickly corrected that. She showed the units, gave us the info to apply; within a day I had been approved. I love my rental unit; it’s adorable and affordable!

Tabitha manages our property in Little Italy. She has been extremely responsive to anything we've requested and always returns calls very promptly if we've had to leave a message for her. She knows her stuff and has a very kind and warm demeanor. We are very pleased with the service from Tabitha and San Diego's Finest Properties.

One of the worst managment proprties that I have ever experienced. The managment is not hands on and does not mind vilotenitng california tenet laws. I have lived in OC and in LA county and been managed by other company in SD and this is the worst.

Nayra was great at communicating and moving me into my new home, it looked brand new not 1 problem did I come across. They are amazing! Glad I found them

The posts from people who said they got good responses must have been friends or relatives. Never answered any communication in multiple formats. Don't know why anyone would list property with them...must be a scam..." application fee" for unavailable property.
