Perfect location! Units are old, dated and not worth the money. If you like garages that leak on your stuff when it rains (never fixed after 2 maintenance requests. They fixed the drywall then it rained again and grew moldy again. never fixed the roof leak), floors that were not installed properly and seap adhesive, peeling painted bath tubs, 360 degree squiggly caulk lines with gaps and rotted baseboards, loud noisy high cost AC Units, and unfinished touch up painting, and paint in places there shouldn't be paint then this is the place for you! Pictures didn't match the photos or description of unit on move in appliances were old and white. I was put on a waiting list for the new appliances and got my new appliances a couple months in. I had a wonderful experience while looking for an apartment. Mychael was extremely helpful and attentive, guiding me through every step of the process day by day. He made everything so much easier. I also really loved the apartments and the social areas — they are modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Highly recommend

I really love living here but the new screens are pretty unfortunate. They always inform us of changes but this is the one time they didn’t and now I know why. Corporate refuses to remove them and I’m even nervous to leave this review because I’m hearing that they are threatening tenants with eviction for leaving honest reviews. They cannot retaliate for that. I hope they listen to the community here because I can’t think of a single tenant that is happy about this change. If you drive around, there are no other complexes that have these screens. Really disappointed in corporate.

Living here was fine until management suddenly installed new BLACK OUT window screens on all the exterior windows without warning. My apartment used to be a bright and lively space from all the natural light, but now the screens make it so dark that my upstairs apartment is gloomy, depressing, and feel like l'm living in a basement... it's unlivable for a human and even my plants are dying from lack of light. Also from the outside the whole complex looks like a prison!! You can see how little management cares about the well-being of its residents based on their responses (not only from the conversations I have had with them on the phone, but also evident from their responses to these reviews). As a current resident, I am happy to leave a review of the San Antigua community for any prospective residents. I have lived in this community for over three years now, and absolutely love it here. Despite being a current “homeowner/investor,” I hope to live here indefinitely—just for the quality-of-life I am able to achieve. Some specifics: There are two pools which are very unique to one another in design. Both have waterfalls and an adjoining hot tub, and they are always kept in immaculate shape. This includes both the water, and the surrounding lounge areas. Each pool includes a well-kept cabana with a TV and different types of newer/very nice lounge chairs. The community is about to open an upgraded Work Space (with nice computers) and gym space. Trash bags are simply collected
