My daughter and her Partner rented from Samson Realty. Everything went great. Moving to a new city was stressful and they made it as easy as possible. Hooked us up with a great apartment and Landlord too. I definitely wouldn’t say that my daughter and my wife were fussy 🙄.

Id like to say thank you Samson Realty especially Dave. They helped me out with my first apartment and the communication was there. They are definitely willing to work with you and respond quickly. Highly recommended.

I am a disabled vet and I came here and they told me that they help out veterans. They turned me down even though I have a guarantor and have more than enough money and have never ever been late on my rent and they know this because they talked to my current landlord. The Jewish gentleman up front told me over the phone that I missed payments. I find that quite defaming. This organization must have a prejudice against veterans is all I can think of. I will make sure that the Jewish population as well as the veteran population is aware of this underhanded company. All I was doing was trying to find a house for me and my kids. Be careful because they illegally told me that they charge for service dogs when that is against the law.

Samson Realty has been the rental agency for my duplex home in Rhode Island with great results so I thought I would use them to sell my single family home in Massachusetts. They brought the same professional service and expertise to the sale. Marty, Dave and Valerie toured inside and the whole of the outside and took flattering pictures. We sat and discussed appropriate pricing and they listened to me. I never felt they just wanted to sell the property quickly, but rather they wanted me happy with the process. I was and signed the paperwork; all in one visit. They conducted open house tours, at my request, but did tell me that most of their sales came from clients who contacted them directly or saw their website and asked for an individual tour. I had a great experience with Krista Jeoffery (an agent here). My roommate and I are graduate students who were looking for a unit mid July (a super late time to be looking for one) and she was amazing. She accommodated us with a virtual tour for the unit we were interested in (since neither of us were in Rhode Island at the time) and answered our questions promptly. She also connected us with the previous(then current) tenants to get to know their experience and purchasing leftover furniture. I am so grateful to her and David.
