I have only owned this property since mid August. It was a supposed USDA. The baseboard heat does not work. As of now it is 50° in home in dead of winter. I have since found out from talking to previous tenant and neighbors seller knew of major problems yet decided to put a bandaid on things just to get rid of it. My plumbing backed up Christmas Eve. No toilet use. It is in the home not city. I have since found out from neighbors that the previous tenant was always having a plumber come at least once a week. 1st time homebuyer, definitely the price paid was much more than comparable homes in area, I did not know this at the time.
