Had the displeasure of speaking to Tim Peacock about viewing a rental home that had just been listed, and he spent 30 minutes not answering my questions, refused to schedule a tour, then implied I was wasting his time for asking and told me to take care. I would seriously reconsider using this company if you intend to find tenants.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were relocating with the Navy and Heather made the whole home buying process SO easy. She was well-prepared with all the info on the properties that she showed us. She was excellent at communicating with us and making sure that all of our questions and/or concerns were answered. Worked with Jess Miller prior to her joining Samson properties for the purchase of a home, and then recently with Samson when selling my home.
