You can tell a great organization by the people that work there. Salt got it right, Anthony is awesome. He definitely goes the extra mile.He is always on the move and works hard. We just moved in and he has already helped me with 3 things in our new apartment. In less than 24 hours he had new shelves in the refrigerator and hooked up our water line for the freezer. He also taught me how to use the blinds (I know crazy should be intuitive) and the light switches that go to different parts of the kitchen. We have been so stressed we haven't moved on 20 yrs. So having a fantastic maintenance guy on staff is wonderful. He is also very friendly and obviously loves his job.

Property is so beautiful and absolutely well kept! Ladies in the office were so sweet and so kind! Had such a great interaction with them! Dominique the maintenance supervisor was absolutely amazing! So kind and can do anything she puts her mind to! Go girl power! It's not very often you see a female maintenance manager. So great to have that empowerment!

Location is nice but better places on Mill Ave. overpriced. Building is just ok and creepy at times. Unit 3012 not worth it. Management is confusing but staff is friendly. Payment portal is stupid. 45$ charge for using a visa. Parking gate never is locked, anybody can come break into cars. Elevators buttons always broken never fixed. No heated pools. Building doesn’t seem safe anyone can basically walk in. If i could go back in time i wouldn’t have given these people my money. Thin walls. Sink/ Plumbing sucks

I moved into Salt during the change to new management. The apartment wasn’t in great shape from the previous team, but the new staff has been solid. The leasing office Claire, Braedyn and Bailey, the manager, have been quick to respond and very accommodating. My deliveries even arrived before I did, and the team made sure everything was brought inside and taken care of, which I appreciated. Shout-out to Dennis from maintenance!! he was AWESOME. He took care of all my apartment issues on Day 1 right away with no delays. Really efficient and easy to work with. Thanks for turning my experience around!

Tony is an amazing maintenance guy and an all-around great dude. He fixed my air filter quickly and very diligently, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. On top of that, he’s incredibly kind and friendly—every time I see him around the community, he genuinely brings a shine to my day. It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and such a positive presence. Highly appreciate Tony and the work he does.
