Salt River Flats

They need to hire ground keepers to clean the apartment steps and grounds. I know these are supposed to be affordable housing, but that does not mean not putting any effort into cleaning the steps and floors of the apartment buildings more often. I lived here since they opened, and they only Power washed the steps once. Overall, the inside of the apartments are nice and spacious.

Large floor plans, with walk in pantry closet in kitchen. Front office lady Edith if I remember correctly was very resourceful and helpful.

I'm going to start off with good news and say, Office representatives are great! Very professional. Now on to the not so go news. I've been here for 3 months and they are going up on the rent over $100 already! If you work from 9-5 good luck talking to anyone about any concerns you may have. The pool is often green so you will need to go swimming the same day it is cleaned. They have a exercise/weight room but again, good luck using it if you work 9-5 and they are not open Saturday's at all so it's just for decoration. Some neighbors are triffling, sets trash outside their door and trash gets all up and down the hallway. Pet owners do not clean up after animals and children knock on your door and run. No supervision. I had high hopes.

These apartments are gorgeous and spacious. . The front office staff are attentive, and diligent. It may get busy up there almost all the time but they make sure to be on top of anything you need so please be graceful with them as it will take some time. Stef worked with me and was super patient, it was a long process but needless to say the whole front office staff is truly amazing.
