Salem Terrace Apartments

The leasing office is always closed 25 days out the month seems like, and nobody answers the phone on any given day. You have to email or leave a voice mail in hopes that somebody will call you back. The property is quite but needs repairing inside and out big time. Also, the website shows a pool, this property has no pool.

I live here now. My pipes have been leaking since Thursday. I went to work around 1:pm when I came 10:30. It was still leaking It's now 9:50 pm Saturday water still leaking. Make this make since. All my stuff getting wet

Hello so I wanted to write my review to express how the communication for this property sucks and they only respond to emails they never answer any calls !! I don't like it and it makes me nervous to apply !! I even tried to call Maintenance during business HOURS to see if they would answer and guest what no ANSWER !! DO better Salem Terrace … UPDATE 1:51 PM I called back and Mr. Ronald was able to answer the phone which I appreciate so much and was able to give me updated information I have high hopes.

Yesterday afternoon, I made an appointment with Penny via email for a tour today at 10:30am. However when I arrived the office was closed. I emailed her making sure I was at the right location, which I was, and then she said if the office was closed to reach out. Told her the office was closed and she said sorry for the inconvenience the office may be closed at the moment but she could help schedule a tour and help answer any questions. I responded by saying that was the purpose of today and got no response .I pretty much spent the morning of my day off getting up early for no reason. This was rude and disrespectful considering I scheduled a tour yesterday just to get the run around today. A bit of a red flag if they treat prospective residents this way

I’ve tried to get in contact with the leasing office about a few units I seen that are available online but unfortunately no response. I have emailed, called, left voicemails and even tried to set a few AI appointments with the Penny bot online but I still haven’t received anything back. I hope they don’t treat their residents this way when it comes to unit related questions or maintenance issues… smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ There should be another way to get in contact with someone, could have had a potential new resident… not feeling so confident about this place now!
