If I could give zero stars, I would. Salem Street Realty is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Upon moving out, they outrageously overcharged me for bogus fees. After weeks of back and forth, they admitted they owed me money and agreed to reimburse me. Six months later — and after countless calls and empty promises — I’m still waiting. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally dishonest (maybe both). If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Salem Street Realty at all costs. They’re quick to take your money but drag their feet (or flat out ignore you) when it’s time to do the right thing. Terrible business practices, zero accountability, and no respect for their tenants.

I have had the pleasure of working with Salem Street Realty for 4+ years. They are one of the BEST REALTY COMPANIES TO WORK WITH! I have referred several families to them after the success we had with them. Those families are still with Salem Street after 2, 3 & 4 years. That speaks for it self. Their properties are beautiful and very well maintained. They are very responsive, if their is a maintenance request, or any issue, they are very responsive and handle things very quickly. They are honest and fair. I Love Salem Street Realty!

Absolutely love Salem Street Reality. They do an amazing job and treat you like family. The owner Russ does a great job making sure your buying or selling experience turns out perfectly. Wendy Really cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to make sure you couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making people feel welcomed and not just another number 😊 The whole process from start to finish isn’t stressful at all. They really do great job helping step by step taking away all the fear and worry making it enjoyable.

My husband and I decided to sell our house in Apex and after a chance meeting with Laura Cash at Salem Street Realty, we decided to use her for the sale. She explained each step as we went and helped our 1st sale jitters by helping us focus on one step at a time and not get overwhelmed. It was truly a good experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

By far the worst realty/property management company ever. I have been in contact with them for a year for my in laws who rent a home from them and do not speak English (so I am their point of contact) and they are a total scam. AC went out end of April and took over two months to finally get fix after fighting with them endlessly and threatening to call the health board. Now they are charging late fees to my in laws account which have been verified by an employee there to be false yet the owner is Russ refusing any contact after many failed attempts via cell, office and email to settle these discrepancies. I have been trying to pay in laws rent for over a week now and it's apparent Russ (the owner) is intentionally refusing to allow them to, so he can more than likely take them to court.
