Salem Parkway Apartments

Terrible, terrible place to live. Security gates don't work. Homeless in-campments on property, awful management, and very run down. The worst roach infestation I've ever seen, in the walls, outlets, drains, everywhere. Literally told by the exterminator's that they will never go away and that they are going to make a lot of money coming back to these apartments. Avoid at all cost, wouldn't wish this place upon my worst enemies.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Living here sucked. I lived in Bldg D back in 2021. There were cockroaches that were never treated. Property management put notices on our doors that October to let us know to prep our apartments for extermination and they never showed up. My van got stolen from their parking lot just before Christmas; one of the police officers I spoke to told me that happened all the time there. No security what so ever, which has been a long standing complaint with this place. I realized as I was packing to move out, a few of my things had gone missing. These weren't things that I usually took out of my apartment, and they didn't go missing all at once.
