Salem Chase Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex for 7yrs been through 2 prayer owner, who did absolutely nothing much to the apartments. But the current owners now has done a lot and still doing a lot of upgrades. I have no problems with this owner They are always on top of things you complain about no waiting for ever to get done..I'm really satisfied. Thanks Destiny appointment manager.

I lived in these apartment. If I could give it a grade of zero I would. Past management was great. When the new management from New York took over two years ago it went down hill. The smoking of weed. The nasty stairs and you can call the office a hundred times a day and leave a message and you will never get a return call. The owner all he want is his apartments filled and rent to anyone. FYI I they don’t like to give back your security deposit. It has been almost 3 mos and I’m still waiting. But if I never payed my rent or was late he would have taken me to court. So guess what, I guess I have to down that route. Please get a new office person(leasing agent), I didn’t catch her name but she sits in the first office on the right and she is on the taller side. Very rude, she talked down on me, acted like she didn’t want to help. She did all this to say at the end that there weren’t any vacancies. She needs therapy, not a job where she can take her anger out on residents, future residents, and potential residents. If there wasn’t a housing crisis going on right now I’m pretty sure no one would put up with her.

Been living here since 2017 still here until Nov. Poorly ran, have had 4 different leasing management they all were horrible and this new one is also. I would never advise anyone to live out here pool hasnt been open since 2018. Poor kept as far as outside. Never pressure wasg steps area or building g disgusting

I've been a resident here for over 8 years now the management of this community has gone down hill over the past 3 years. No one answers the phone, the trash is always over packed with garbage on the ground etc,. Pool haven’t been open for 3years. I've been told I will receive new appliances, and only received a refrigerator that is broken and my food is spoiling and over freezing my meat. Which causes me to buy food every two days and I don’t have food stamps so this comes out my pocket and I’m sick of it. I've complained about this problem for 4 months and has yet to receive a new refrigerator. Not to mention the dishwasher doesn’t work properly and that hasn’t been replaced either. If I don’t receive the things that I was promised which is new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher I will b
