I’ve had such a great experience at Sailhouse Apartments! The application and move-in process was straightforward, and the leasing and maintenance teams are absolutely amazing. Shoutout to Janine, Marina, Lizette, Saeid, and Santiago! They regularly host fun events and support local businesses, which really fosters a sense of community. The building is clean, safe, and full of amenities that I actually want to use. They’re so kind to my dog, who is treated like a family member. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and communication is always excellent. It’s a quiet building overall; my only minor issue is the trash truck noise during pickups, but that’s out of anyone’s control. Santiago did an amazing job handling the repair of my garbage disposal within 24 hours of me submitting a maintenance request. As I work from home, I asked to be notified prior to entry in case I was on a work call. Santiago made sure to reach me by phone to confirm the time worked well. His attention to detail is greatly appreciated!

I've been a resident at Sailhouse in Kirkland for three years, and unfortunately, my experience with the property management team has been extremely disappointing. As my lease renewal approached, I inquired about any specials or considerations for my long-term tenancy, only to be told by Janine that my rent was already below market rate and no discounts could be offered. However, when I revisited the office a few days later, I spoke with Marina, who agreed to reduce my rent and sent me a lease agreement reflecting the agreed-upon amount. To my surprise, Janine later claimed that I had bypassed her and undermined her authority by speaking with another team member. Despite the signed lease agreement, she refused to honor the agreed-upon terms and insisted I resign without the specials. What'

We moved into Sailhouse in November last year and feel incredibly lucky to have made the right choice. The facilities are modern, convenient, and well-maintained. One feature that really impressed me is the building entry system and package pick up system —it’s smart and simple. We can manage access and let guests in just using our phones, which is super convenient. While some in-suite appliances aren’t brand new, they all work perfectly well. The location is also a huge plus: it’s just an 8-minute drive to Evergreen Hospital, which is great if you’re planning to have a baby. And if you already have kids, the beachside playground and sandy beach just across the street are like a little paradise for them—everything is within walking distance. Have nothing but good words for this place. Location is amazing. While everyone is gridlock trying to snatch a parking spot on sunny days, within few minutes you can go on a stroll to the lake and enjoy magnificent views of Lake Washington. Tons of good eateries just walking distance away, kids playground at Juanita (can get pretty busy on good days). The management team in my experience were exceptional. Janine, Lizette and Marina always accommodated to every request we had and were super helpful. Saeid and the maintenance team reacted quickly to every request and made sure problems are resolved.
