Sago Property Management

We absolutely love Sago. They are always on top of any issues you may have. Unfortunately, they cannot be blamed if the owner of the properties do not respond to their requests or recommendations. We hope to find a home managed by them this upcoming year. We are moving from one of their homes because the owner will not maintain the property. We have had over 7 roofing companies knock on our door telling us how badly repairs are needed and it is not safe! Among many other things that are severely in need of repair and routine maintenance! Sago has tried their best to get her to do these repairs and routine maintenance on this, what could be an amazing home. We have had enough after 4 years of her raising our rent, which we understand needs to happen. However, she is letting this home ro

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are money hungry rude liars who refuse to talk to you and will be blatantly disrespectful and sexist. It took them 6 months to respond about getting something done with the AC on the 2nd floor because while we were there in the summer it was 90+ degrees in the bedrooms while it was set at 65 downstairs and they would not respond to us nor admit that it was a problem. When we finally got them to "fix" it they lied to us and did not fix the problem and just told us we were lying even tho we were sending them proof. And that was just one of the many problems we had with the company. They dont care about you they just want your money. They have no problem being rude, sexist, and misogynistic. They will not help you, answer you, show you respect, or be even slightly

Sago does a great job managing properties... As to the person who left a 1 star review, you made a whole bunch of claims and provided not one shred of evidence to back them up. Personally I have had zero issues with Sago and intend to keep using them.
