Sagebrush Flats

The place is disgustingly gross, the manager Katie does nothing about how dirty the halls are. Katie the manager just lets bugs in the apartments and has no means of getting rid of them. She is not professional what so ever and argues with the maintenance (her bf) outside of the apartments where there are children running around. She is very inconsiderate of the tenants who live here. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING AT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!

The manager Katie is very rude and unprofessional, she claims no smoking or smudging in the building or 10 feet near it but vapes in her office.The fire alarms are constantly going off and nothing is done about it. She yells at tenants when she doesn’t get her way, she just all and all ABUSES HER POWER as the landlord and has no respect for none of the tenants.

4 dumpster CONSTANTLY overflowing and ppl leave the trash around the dumpsters for trash to be EVERYWHERE...Ridiculous...Halls are CONSTANTLY filthy because of these parents ALLOWING it to happen. The tenants doing it do not care and do not if they are on camera.

The girls at the office are amazing they did such a great job getting me moved in and the place is beautiful

Unfortunately if a fire alarm is set off in one of these apartments, the siren will blare through all of them like an air horn at any time of day or night. They look really nice on the inside though!
