We had a significant fire and our home was a total loss. Ed Sadler and SBC helped us build a new home from the ground up and restore our lives to normal. Based on the situation this was an emotional build for my spouse and I. Not everything went perfect (It never does in projects this large) but everything ended fairly close to perfection. Ed, Brad, and George delivered to demanding customers.

We contracted with Sadler to build a custom home in Spring 2017. Construction started in June and was finished in November 2017, two months ahead of schedule. Our experience working with Sadler was very good, from beginning to end. They were very supportive when we wanted something done that was outside the usual norm. For example, we wanted the furnaces and water heater installed in the garage instead of the attic, and the A/C discharge lines routed differently than the installers wanted. Sadler representatives helped figure out how it could be done the way we wanted. They were quick to answer our questions and thoroughly explained things we didn’t understand. The knowledge, patience, experience, and professionalism they brought to our project made our home building experience a memorable one-in a positive way. Sadler is an average builder that will build you an average home. They are nothing special. We had multiple issues with both Ed and Brad once we signed our contract. Ed will schmooze you until the contract is signed and then you won't exist anymore. Brad will forever be putting out fires he created and act like you started them. Basically, if you have to work with them, expect to micromanage, be lied to a few times, be snapped at for things that are not your fault and have to pull updates out of them. They will not prioritize warranty issues and will not honor their warranty completely. Good enough is good enough for them and sometimes even less than that. SERVICE: Build a Custom Home My wife and I have had a most pleasant experience working with Sadler Building Corporation. We expected building a custom home to be complex and complicated. We knew that there would be a lot of moving pieces that would be difficult to follow, but thanks to Sadler's deliberate process and working with us closely, we always felt that we were aware of what was happening every step of the way.
