As a long-term resident, I can confidently say this community is well taken care of, and the management team truly makes a difference. Property Manager Paula is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She sets the tone for a great team. The leasing staff Brea, Kris, and Maria are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Whether it’s answering questions or helping with concerns, they consistently go above and beyond.A special shoutout to both Managers and Paula, who is always attentive, organized, and quick to follow through. I been here for 4 yrs. My husband and I enjoy living here. It’s a beautiful well maintained apartment from outside and inside. Raphael in maintenance is awesome. He helped us with our front door and cabinet door when it needed a bit of fixing. He even gave me new blinds to replace the old ones. He is AWESOME!. I recommend Saddleworth Green is your next home!. Paula is Amazing, she’s the property manager and is always friendly and professional. She has a great staff and always ready to assist!.

I can’t thank Kris enough for the amazing tour of the complex I recently took with my cousin Trish. From start to finish, he was informative, friendly, and refreshingly honest (which is rare and very appreciated!). He made the entire experience seamless, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. Kris answered every question with patience, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. By the end of it, we felt confident, well-informed, and like we’d just toured with someone we’ve known for years. Honestly, everyone needs a Kris when making big decisions like this. He’s a true asset to the team!

This is the best place to live. It’s very convenient, Walmart, Mall, Restaurants and easy access to the highway. I like how outside is very well kept. And Maintenance is always there to help if anything needs to get fixed. Most of all the Site Manager PAULA, she is friendly and works hard. I always see her outside working and helping out. She even paints the sidewalk by the mail box. And help with the huge dumpster. That tells you a lot about her. With that she has such a great crew. I would suggest living here at Saddleworth. Cause it’s worth it!!.

We recently toured with both Ubrea and Kris, and they were both so accommodating and informative! They showed our group of 4 people 3 different apartment units and answered every single one of our questions with patience and kindness. We were there touring for way over the allotted time but they still took their time with us and were very kind the whole way through. The tour was extremely helpful and they definitely sold us on leasing at Saddleworth and we had a wonderful time with Ubrea and Kris!
