I have to say Cooria is the most amazing tour guide and fun loving person I have ever met. I was greeted with a warm smile and it really made my day. I’m not yet apart of the community but with God in the middle I’m sure he will grant me the desires of my heart. This place is like paradise I’m in love with it. Very clean and well kept and the townhouses are beautiful inside out. Thank you Cooria for being such a awesome person I will see you again and keep up the good work 🙂

Saddlewood at Pepper Hall is absolutely beautiful! The property has such a warm and welcoming feel from the moment you arrive. The landscaping is fresh and perfectly maintained, giving everything a new and vibrant look. The three-bedroom layout is incredibly spacious. it feels like a true home, not just an apartment. I have to give special thanks to Cooria and Cierra, who have been nothing short of amazing. They’re so helpful, attentive, and genuinely sweet, always going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed. Their kindness and professionalism make the whole experience even better. This property has such a loving and inviting atmosphere, and I honestly can’t wait to call it home next summer!

The staff is super responsive to any questions or needs we have and they are always creating fun community building opportunities. Pasta night, chili cook off, Christmas decorating contest!
