DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME BUILDING OR PURCHASING A HOME THROUGH DREAM FINDERS. They made someone we know go through the ENTIRE PROCESS FOR MONTHS. Waiting to move into their dream home with their children (3) who were so excited. Finally they got a clear to close and DREAM finders decided to cancel their contract 3 days before closing and not move forward AND keep their Ernest money of well over 10k.. yall, BEWARE.
