Saddlewood Apartments

Be careful with living here at first It was good but then I started having all these issues. They left me without a shower for a week, my apartment was flooding every time it rained and it was fight to get it fixed. There is mold all in the bathroom tub, stains and peeling. Then once I left they charged me all these fees because it was not up to there standard, but it doesn't come off it stained and mold!! I brought it up to them and they didn't care and told me if i don't pay they are gonna send it to collections.

We have really enjoyed living here at Saddlewood Apts.over the years , The owners have really helped change this property for the better & we appreciate them. The ladies in the office have become like family & maintenance try’s their best to address our issues as they arise , we’re happy here & grateful for them . Thank you for all you do . At first I loved this place, but realized they do not care about their tenants. They want to charge you for more and more ridiculous things. The office managers are very rude and refuse to work with you and just make things harder to pay for. Not to mention the sorry paint jobs they do on the bathtubs. I remember coming home late from work one night, and my whole living room and my daughter’s bedroom were both flooded and the on call little older Hispanic guy was extremely rude about having to come and fix it. Not worth the ridiculous price for a tiny little apartment that floods.

At first, this seemed like a nice place to live until I actually moved in. This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They constantly charge for ridiculous things and provide terrible service. Every time it rained, my apartment would flood. I submitted multiple work orders and called repeatedly, but getting help was a constant struggle. Their first attempt at fixing the issue was to pour concrete over what they thought was the problem, which did nothing. The flooding continued until they finally “fixed” it, but their solution left deep holes in my small yard, covered only with orange cones. The maintenance team is amazing and the office is super friendly. The complex’s are nice and in a great location. Not super high end but not terrible either. My experience here was pretty good, leaving for a more modern complex and bigger space for equivalent in price. For the amount your paying improvements can be made. It’s an extra hundred+ in little fees on top of rent like pest control, trash, water, and carport if you have one. Which is all discussed upon move in just wasn’t exactly expecting it to add up so much. Our water alone has definitely gone up into the 80s. And it gets shut off frequently for repairs.
