Saddle Creek & The Cove

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Saddle Creek & Cove has been absolutely wonderful, thanks to Tara! From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for in a home. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect unit. Tara was extremely communicative and proactive throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed and making sure everything felt seamless. Her warmth and professionalism truly made this place feel like home from the very first tour. If you’re considering Saddle Creek & Cove, I highly recommend asking for Tara to show you around, she truly cares about each resident and goes above and beyond to make the experience special.

My wife and I have lived at Saddle Creek and The Cove for a year and a half now, and we enjoy calling this place home. One of the biggest selling points for us was getting a unit with a yard. And our dog absolutely loves having the outdoor space. The neighborhood itself is growing into a fun community. Being able to walk to nearby food and drink spots makes weekends really convenient. The management team is solid. The office staff is always nice and friendly, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Requests are handled quickly and communicative. The amenities are grea with a gym, doggy wash station, two pools, and 3 large dog parks.

I have lived at Saddle Creek for a couple years now and I love the staff here! The front office has been very helpful with any issues I’ve had, including a recent tow that they handled with a lot of care and support that meant a lot for such a frustrating situation. Shout out to Isaac for all of his help with this while management was out of office! 10/10 I also have had a great experience with the maintenance staff always being kind, courteous and fixing things 100% and not just a “bandaid”.

I've lived here 4 months and can't wait to move out. I've got neighbors above me that like to crash about after midnight every night - are they dropping weights up there?? Bowling?? They don't care and won't stop. And there's a large dog right outside of my apartment that NEVER stops barking day and night - EVERY DAY!! So no peace and quiet and nothing done by mgmt. Packages are supposed to be locked in a special locker when delivered but so far I've had 2 that were left on the mailroom floor and looted. I have a 6 month lease and am NOT renewing it. Wish I could leave sooner.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve only been a resident for nine months and if I could do a forever renewal, I would! They make me and my pups feel like we are family and that this is our home! The office ladies are incredible & very helpful! The maintenance team shows up in a timely manner! Best of all they offer backyards w/ private fences! There’s lots of space here at the property, there’s a trail across the way, some awesome food trucks and hangout spots nearby! 10/10
