Saddle Club Apartments

I recently had an incredible tour here, although they didn’t have the size unit I needed at the time, they still took the time out of their day to show me around the property and show me the units that they did have. Brooklyn, Brooke, and Ben were so warm, insightful and personable - they had me laughing a lot during the tour. Their fitness center is so awesome with such a variety of equipment to offer and plenty of space. They even have saunas!! I absolutely love style and decor of the office and the community lounge area outside of it. They mentioned that they plan and host fun celebrations and events there for all of the community to enjoy - I LOVE that! Their seasonal pool was so blue and clean and I love how big the pool area is, there is tons of space for the community to come out an

Amazing and very welcoming! Toured a 2x2 and they are very spacious! The manager was very friendly and welcoming. The grounds were very clean and the pool was sparkling! I am not lookkng to mibe until Summer but will def check back with them later!

Laurie has been manager here for all, of over 10 years, that we've lived here now. Brooklyn has been the assistant for quite awhile now too. It's nice when it's the same people you've been interacting with for years. The location is tucked away from Lancaster, so that's a big plus. They are often in the office, even early that I've seen recently, which I appreciate. They are easy to talk to. They always fix things fast when we have had issues. They recently did a lot of work outside, so it looks nice. Most of our neighbors have been friendly over the years and have cameras. I think these are the nicest apartments we've lived in. We last lived in West Salem. Overall, my husband also says these are the nicest apartments he's lived in and he has lived in a couple of different ones in Salem.

I called to inquiry about an apartment and when i was asked by Ben “ what size i was looking for” i said “i would like to know them all” and instead of answering my question i got a judgmental “why” and then someone was laughing in the background. Glad this was a just a property shop for me and i wasn’t their boss.

I lived at Saddle Club Apartments for five years, and it genuinely felt like home. Laurie and Brooklyn in the office were amazing—always there with a smile, ready to help with whatever I needed or just to chat. They were so easy to talk to and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. You can tell they really care about the people who live here, and that makes such a difference. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a giant living room and big window and balcony (or patio) that I loved, as did my bird. Everything was immaculate upon move in and the master bedroom felt like it’s own little apartment in my 2 bedroom unit.
