Saddle Brook Apartments

I have only been here a short time but I genuinely enjoy my apartment! As well as the staff! My air was out for a short period but between the office staff & maintenance they made sure I was comfortable until it was fixed! Brittani is simply wonderful and very patient. She made the move in process so smooth and easy and has been so kind and understanding to her residence. There hasn’t been a time that I have called or stopped by that she didn’t show me the upmost respect and I’m truly appreciative of her!!

I have been living here for 6 months and I wish I stayed in my vehicle. I am charged 120$ over my base rent with random fees that change month to month, some not even applying to me. I have been taking care of my own trash, and the pest control was supposed to be here December 11 of 2025. I was home all day with no sign, and now even 3 months later there has still been no pest control. the roaches are everywhere. Yet I still pay the monthly fee. The stove top was supposed to be fixed as well as a missing handle on the stove and a vallay trash can delivered, on move in. Here I am 6 months later without all of the above, and was just provided with a trash can. The laundry mat is either closed or there isnt a washer or dryer that works. The water is shut off 3 to 4 times a month give or take.

Lovely community!!! You truly won’t find a better place to call home. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, and everything feels clean, safe, and cared for.

the nerve to bribe people when y’all shut the water off time and time again complain about trash but have no proof that valet picks it up which sometimes they don’t charge for pest control monthly but we have to request them to come out is ridiculous no hot water some days nobody really had good reviews until today let’s talk about how it suppose to be a gated community but the gates don’t work the only good thing is maintenance does come out to work but they can only do so much head staff sucks this is yall third head manager i miss micheal porter he was the best yall even complain about people smoking go fix those none working washer and dryers that charge two dollars to wash and dry the. complain about what people do in the homes yall charge rent and extra hidden fees for
