Sackman Enterprises - 55 Skillman Apartments

Resident 2019-26 in a 2B2B w/private balcony. Loved my space and stayed for the reasonable rates, spacious layouts and convenient location. If rating based on physical living space x location x rent, I'd give 5 stars. However, ongoing frustrations with property mgmt over the years has worsened in the last couple of years. APT UNIT - High ceilings are a big plus with spacious bedrooms, generous closets and overhead storage - a much appreciated rare find - Private balcony was a lovely, but unfortunately it gets dirty easily due to constant construction in the quickly-developing JSQ area. Exciting to see, but quite polluted. A neighbor's balcony ceiling also fell, so we stopped using ours - Both living room and dining room are open, spacious and excellently laid out THE BUILDING - "Secured"
