Sabal Park Apartments

We have been living at Sabal Apartments for four years now, and I have to honestly say we are delighted. The properties are taken care of . If there is an issue it gets taken care of immediately. Office management are fantastic. Maintenance is fantastic. Everybody’s always polite and respectful.

I lived at Sabal Park for a few years and I highly recommend this community. Its quiet. clean, and very friendly. The apartments are pretty spacious and the maintenance team does a great job.

Lived here for a short time but i will say for the price you cant beat it. The staff is always helpful and kind and take care of requests or concerns with you best interest in mind. I will say it is a little dated but after talking to one of the managers i was informed they're starting to make improvements on their units for a more updated and modern look. Great place to live so far and I'm looking forward to the next couple of years living here.

If you’re considering moving into Sabal Park Apartments managed by NTS Capital Management, I highly recommend looking closer before signing a lease. While the community is advertised as “luxury living,” my experience has unfortunately reflected something very different. I’ve submitted multiple requests for exterior maintenance and cleanup near my unit (Request #1163328), including detailed documentation and even video evidence of the ongoing issues. Despite these efforts, the area has remained neglected for months, with minimal response or visible action from management. This lack of follow-through and accountability doesn’t align with what residents should expect from a community marketed as premium housing. The apartment interiors and location have potential, but that potential is over

Lived here for almost 2 years, and I have to say this is an awesome community to be a part of. Amazing, courteous, professional, and responsive staff. Great natural scenery. Peaceful and safe. Overall great neighbors. And the apartments are really nice as well, even if they’re a bit older. They do a great job of keeping them up. Highly recommend!
