HOA is incompetent, lazy, uneducated. Relies on management company for guidance and they are just as bad. Eg: fountains down for 9 months. Selective enforcement. Low class.
HOA is unreasonable. More informers here than in Moscow. Can’t wait to report you for violations.
Major HOA issues. Nothing gets fixed. Community divided between people on the pond and people who are not. Buyer beware. Multiple lawsuits ongoing.
Love this place so much that we bought a home here😁
